Pine Valley is a year-round destination. Here is what each season offers:

• Fall (October–November): Peak season. Spectacular foliage with peak color typically mid-October through early November. Book well in advance.
• Spring (April–May): Wildflowers, waterfall hikes, mild temperatures, and fewer crowds than fall.
• Summer (June–August): Lush green mountains, outdoor activities, and ideal for families.
• Winter (December–February): Cozy and peaceful. Possible light snow. Hot tubs are especially wonderful in cold weather. Lower rates available on weekdays.

Yes — this is one of Pine Valley's biggest advantages. With five cabins across 37 private acres, you can book 2, 3, 4, or all 5 cabins together for groups of up to 20. We regularly host family reunions, corporate retreats, bachelorette weekends, and friend group trips. Pets are not permitted at Pine Valley Cabins. This policy helps us maintain the cleanliness and quality of the cabins for all guests. If you are traveling with a pet and need a North Georgia cabin, we recommend using Airbnb or VRBO filters to find pet-friendly options in White County or Lumpkin County.

Smoking is not permitted inside any cabin. Guests who smoke must do so outside, away from the cabin structure and decking. A cleaning fee violation applies to any smoking found to have occurred indoors.

Shared amenities including the community pavilion, communal fire pit, pickleball court, cornhole, and horseshoes are available on a first-come, first-served basis among guests staying in the five cabins. They are not exclusively reserved for any single cabin. When multiple cabins are occupied, the shared spaces encourage friendly interaction between groups — though each cabin's private porch, hot tub, and fire pit remain exclusively yours.
