Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

All cabins offer secure self check-in using a keypad. 

Each cabin accommodates up to 4 guests. Children under 5 years old are not counted toward total occupancy.

Over-occupancy is considered a violation of rental terms and may result in termination of the reservation without refund. 

Pets are not permitted unless agreed to in writing prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees. 

All cabins are non-smoking properties. Violation of the no-smoking policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional charges for damages. 

No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted unless authorized in writing by Pine Valley Rentals.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of occupancy without refund. 

Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Outdoor music and excessive noise are not permitted during these hours. 

Yes. Each cabin includes private use of the interior, wraparound porch, private hot tub, and personal fire pit. Shared amenities such as the pavilion, pickleball court, pond area, and community fire pit are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

No. The pond is for aesthetic and environmental purposes only. Swimming, wading, and fishing are not permitted. 

Yes. The hot tub has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Glass containers and food are not permitted in or around the hot tub area.

Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. 

Yes. Both are first-come, first-served and must be used responsibly.

Play is limited to daylight hours for the pickleball court. Fire pit use requires adult supervision and proper safety precautions. Guests use shared amenities at their own risk. 

Exterior security cameras monitor parking areas only. Noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure neighborhood quiet hours are respected. These devices do not record conversations. 

Please report any maintenance issue promptly. While every effort will be made to resolve problems quickly, no refunds or rent reductions are provided for mechanical failures, maintenance issues, or utility interruptions. 

If applicable, a security deposit may be collected and used for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

If no damages occur, the deposit will be returned within 10 business days after departure. 

If the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond control, a suitable substitute property may be offered or all monies will be refunded in full.
